By now you know about Covid-19. We want to make sure that you also know that it’s your right to have access to the vaccine. In most cases, if you want to get the COVID-19 vaccine, you can. No one can keep you from getting it just because you have a disability or need extra help. Even if you can’t leave your home, you can still get the vaccine. Even if you need someone to go with you, you can still get the vaccine. COVID-19 is a dangerous disease that people all over the world have died from. Unless a doctor tells you otherwise, the best way to protect yourself from COVID-19 is to get the COVID-19 vaccine. Hundreds of millions people around the world have been vaccinated safely and have done their part to keep others healthy. You have the right to join them and participate freely in your community whether you have a disability or not. There is a lot information about getting the vaccine and it can be confusing. The best way to get the vaccine may be different based on where you live.
