APS TARC Webinar: Strategies for APS Cases Involving Homelessness/Housing Insecurity

Adult Protective Services professionals have expressed a need for more training on how to work effectively with the growing population of older adults and people with disabilities experiencing homelessness and/or housing insecurity. This webinar focuses on understanding the unique traits, challenges, and protective factors of people who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness. It also addresses methods to work the case effectively and safely for both client and APS staff. Examples of how APS programs are addressing these complex cases are highlighted.
