APS TARC Webinar: APS Policy Development and Review – Framework for Success
An Adult Protective Services program’s policy should provide the operational framework of the program, defining and communicating its purpose, practice, and culture. Policy is a "living" resource that should be used to guide program performance and be a foundation for assessing program success. This webinar defines and discusses the nature of policy and provides a strategic framework for policy development, implementation, review, and revision, with thoughts on how to best use policy to improve program effectiveness. The webinar is appropriate for APS programs at various stages of the policy journey. (Webinar date: June 23, 2022)
