In today’s episode, we interview Alida Miranda-Wolff, the author of Cultures of Belonging: Building Inclusive Organizations That Last.

We discuss how teachers can create cultures of belonging for their students, as well as how educators can find belonging in their schools.

Also, Steve Smith, a Project Coordinator at MCIE, stops by to share a story about an Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) user and some tips for teachers who may be apprehensive about how to support AAC users in their class.
